The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has issued the first monthly operational response survey into challenges that are faced by the social housing sector as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The survey is intended for all private registered providers of social housing with more than 1,000 properties, all stock-holding local authorities and some private registered providers with over 500 properties or with high proportion of care and support activity. The submission deadline is 24 April 2020.
