This week’s edition of Energy highlights includes the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets’ (Ofgem) consultations on changes to the electricity generation licence to make it fit for storage and the cost assessment tools and techniques intended to apply in setting the RIIO-2 price controls for the distribution of gas and gas and electricity transmission networks.
