This week's edition of Energy weekly highlights includes the launch of consultations from the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) on the RIIO-2 programme and a new green gas levy on gas suppliers.
