Law360, Washington: China’s national coal company could soon lose some of its shares in a Hong Kong coal company as a result of a $US 5.2 million arbitration award, as a Hong Kong judge ruled on 8 June 2017 that the company could not assert crown immunity in a case against a Malaysian fuel company.
