MLex: The level playing field, disagreements over fisheries and the format of the Brexit trade agreement are proving hard to overcome in negotiations on the future EU-UK relationship, said the UK’s domestic Brexit coordinator Michael Gove. He gave an overview of the halting progress in talks during a virtual evidence session in Parliament on 27 April 2020.
