(1) The National Police Records (Recordable Offences) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/1139) have effect as if the offences under the following provisions were listed in the Schedule to the Regulations—
(a) section 119;
(b) section 132;
(c) section 144;
(d) section 148;
(e) section 170;
(f) section 171;
(g) section 173;
(h) section 184;
(i) paragraph 15 of Schedule 15.
(2) Regulations under section 27(4) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (recordable offences) may repeal subsection (1).
