Following the government’s response to the Corporate Transparency and Register Reform consultation in September 2020, Companies House has stopped removing dissolved records from the Companies House Service (CHS) with immediate effect. Companies House believes 20 years is an appropriate period to retain records of dissolved companies on the register.
