Owner or occupier of trade premises

It is an offence punishable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, and on conviction on indictment to an unlimited fine, to:

  1. discharge trade effluent from trade premises without a consent or agreement

  2. contravene any conditions applicable to such a consent or agreement
