In light of the coronavirus pandemic a new Practice Direction 51Y—Video or audio hearings during coronavirus pandemic comes into force on 25 March 2020. It makes provisions in relation to audio or video hearings. Statement of costs for summary assessment pilot (CPR PD 51X)1 April 2019–31 March 2021This voluntary pilot for costs for summary assessment includes the introduction of two new court forms (N260A and N260B).
