This Practice Note looks at how to prepare for the hearing of an interim application (or an ‘interim hearing’) in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) under CPR 60, CPR PD 60 and the Technology and Construction Court Guide, section 6.

In particular it sets out the timetable for filing and serving evidence in support, evidence in response and, where appropriate, evidence in reply. It also covers time estimates, skeleton arguments, application bundles, authorities bundles, electronic working in the Rolls Building and electronic bundling (colloquially referred to as eBundling).

Practical tips on how to prepare for an interim hearing in the TCC are also offered.
