Switching into the Tier 5 (Creative and Sporting) category is only permitted for those in the UK with leave as a visitor who are undertaking permitted activities in the sports or creative sectors and even then only in limited circumstances. All other switching into the Tier 5 (Creative and Sporting) category and between sub-categories of Tier 5 is prohibited.
