New Practice Directions and, in some cases, replacements to the Court of Protection Rules 2007 have been made with effect from 1 July 2015. As a result of the amendments in the Court of Protection (Amendment) Rules 2015, there have been amendments to the Court of Protection forms and the introduction of new forms with effect from 1 July 2015.
