Latest developmentsOn 12 June 2020, the CMA issued a supplementary statement of objections, provisionally finding that there was not a single overall cartel arrangement, but rather four cartel arrangements that breached competition law.

In the light of the CMA’s supplementary provisional findings, ALM and BLM have reached settlement with the CMA and could face fines of more than £11m.
