This Practice Note contains the minutes of the CPR Committee (CPRC) meeting of 15 June 2018. At the meeting, the committee’s discussions included an update on the Open Justice consultation, disclosure pilot scheme, extension of powers delegated to County Court legal advisers at the County Court Money Claims Centre (CCMCC) in Salford and the proposed amendments to CPR PD 2E, the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, as well as updates on the amendments required to the CPR resulting from the greater use of the Welsh language and Lambeth County Court’s closure.
