This Practice Note contains the minutes of the CPR Committee (CPRC) meeting of 13 July 2018. At the meeting the committee discussed the Disclosure Pilot for the Business and Property Courts, the Capped Costs pilot, an update on the Electronic Costs Bills, Cardiff v Lee in relation to the enforcement of possession orders and the permission requirements for applications for Warrants & Writs following a suspended order, the extension of the E-Working Pilot to the Queen’s Bench and other business.

The Chair (Lord Justice Coulson) expressed praise for the Secretary’s drafting of the Q&A document from the May 2018 open meeting. John Dagnall was also thanked for his contributions and it was further noted that while the drafted response to Question Nine regarding the Open Justice consultation was accurate as a record of the response at that time, it can now be noted that the consultation was launched on 12 July 2018 and runs until
