This Practice Note contains the minutes of the CPR Committee (CPRC) meeting of 13 July 2018. Questions and answers from May 2018 CPRC open meeting

The Chair (Lord Justice Coulson) expressed praise for the Secretary’s drafting of the Q&A document from the May 2018 open meeting. John Dagnall was also thanked for his contributions and it was further noted that while the drafted response to Question Nine regarding the Open Justice consultation was accurate as a record of the response at that time, it can now be noted that the consultation was launched on 12 July 2018 and runs until
