The Minutes of the meeting on 13 July 2018 were agreed subject to a few points:
a subcommittee to deal with matters arising from the case of McDonald v D & F Contracts has been set up
the paper on costs will now bee considered in the November, rather than the October meeting
item 5 of the July minutes was redrafted—this dealt with the enforcement of possession orders
