The CPR Committee used to circulate the agenda and underlying papers with the minutes. However, on receiving the July and October 2018 agendas, we were advised that this is being reconsidered across all rule committees. Until a final and consistent policy is determined, a request will need to be made for specific papers and we were advised that such requests would be considered on a case by case basis. As a result no documents explaining the issues discussed are provided with this Practice Note.

The conditions for continued governance of the Online Civil Money Claims pilot project were agreed and adopted.
A paper was presented to update the CPRC of the approach of the subcommittee pending the Ministry of Justice’s official response to the consultation exercise due in November 2018. The topic will be considered in the December 2018 meeting. However, four points were aired that had not been set out in the paper or discussed by the subcommittee. T
