Latest developmentsOn 15 October 2020, the CAT published an order (dated 13 October 2020) consenting to the withdrawal by JD Sports Fashion plc and Pentland Group Limited of their appeal against the CMA's decision to impose a penalty of £300,000 on Pentland Group and JD Sports for their failure to comply with the requirements of an initial enforcement order (IEO) issued in the context of the completed acquisition by JD Sports of Footasylum plc.
