Why?
A number of trade associations including the European Association of CCP Clearing Houses (EACH), the Global Association of Central Counterparties (CCP12), the Futures Industry Association (FIA) and ISDA have submitted responses to the seven European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) consultations on recovery-related topics in the central counterparty (CCP) recovery and resolution regulation.
