Background

  1. (A)

    The parties are electronic communication network operators (as defined in Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002 on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services as amended by Directive 2009/140/EC).

  2. (B)

    The parties wish to interconnect their networks so that they can send and receive electronic communications and provide each other with services. The parties have agreed such interconnection and services on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
