IP COMPLETION DAY: 11pm (GMT) on 31 December 2020 marks the end of the Brexit transition/implementation period entered into following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. Prospectus Regulation

On 30 June 2017, Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71/EU (the Prospectus Regulation) was published.

The Prospectus Regulation came into force on 20 July 2017 and all provisions were effective as of 21 July 2019.
