Entry into Force 4 December 2012
Transposition Deadline 5 June 2014—with the exceptions established in Article 28(1).
Amendments Council Directive 2013/12/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia. It amended Articles 3(1)(a); 3(2) and 3(3)(d).

  1. the Energy Efficiency (Eligible Buildings) Regulations 2013, SI 2013/3220. The regulations, which entered in force on 15 January 2014 save for Regulation 4 which did so on 5 June 2014, implemented Article 5. See Explanatory memorandum. Amended since enacted

  2. the Energy Efficiency (Encouragement, Assessment and Information) Regulations 2014, SI 2014/1403. The regulations entered in force on 26 June 2014. They
