Background to the introduction of electronic applications in the CLCC TCC

The CLCC TCC began operating a pilot scheme to see whether to introduce an e-application list (ie applications by email) on 23 April 2012.

Since then, and following a slow and steady uptake by solicitors using this scheme, we understand a decision has been made to adopt the scheme permanently.
