The updates reflect the rules for workers who normally work in the UK or the EU but whose work location has temporarily changed as a result of travel restrictions put in place as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. HMRC has highlighted that under these circumstances, it will be able to consider individual circumstances to ascertain where these payments need to be made.
