This Practice Note summarises the law, guidance and practice relating to faulty goods and services in the UK, including remedies available to consumers where the trader does not comply with the contract for sale of goods and/or services, applicable to consumer contracts entered into before 1 October 2015 when the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015) came into force.
