The CMA has imposed a fine of £1.6m on Heathrow Airport Limited (and its parent Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited) (including a 20% reduction for settling); Heathrow T5 Limited (and its parent Arora Holdings Limited) has not be fined after being awarded immunity.
