UK Corporate Governance Code (UKCG Code)

The UKCG Code of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) sets out standards of good practice in relation to leadership and effectiveness of the board of directors, remuneration, accountability, transparency and relations with shareholders. UK Stewardship Code (the Stewardship Code)

The FRC also administers the Stewardship Code, a code for institutional investors, which supplements the UKCG Code and aims to enhance the quality of engagement between institutional investors and the companies in which they invest.
