Small HMO as a separate use class

A new use class (Class C4) was created on 6 April 2010 (in England) and 25 February 2016 (in Wales) for the use of a dwellinghouse by not more than six residents as a house in multiple occupation (HMO). See Practice Note: Operation of the Use Classes Order in Wales.
