This year’s annual round-up reviews some of the most significant developments of 2017 and previews what is on the horizon for 2018. amending the investment grade facility agreement to, among other things, incorporate Increase Lender mechanics
launching new forms for a fronted funding and distribution agreement and a fronted distribution agreement
launching a new drafting guide for mezzanine facility agreements for use in leveraged acquisition finance transactions, and
updating the real estate finance facility and intercreditor agreements
