What does Trust of Land mean?

Any trust (express, implied, resulting or constructive) of property that consists of or includes land. The Trusts of Land Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 contains provisions on powers of trustees, rights of beneficiaries to occupy the land and applications to court relating to trustees’ functions and for orders for sale.
