What does Reasonable Adjustments mean?

An employer or other relevant person has a duty to make reasonable adjustments where a disabled person is put at a substantial disadvantage, in comparison with persons who are not disabled, that is caused by a 'provision, criterion or practice', a 'physical feature' or the lack of an 'auxiliary aid'.
