Sustainability definitions (The Chancery Lane Project) 100% Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Sources 100% Renewable Energy • means an energy system where all the energy used is sourced from Renewable Energy Sources. Renewable Energy Sources • means naturally replenishing non-fossil sources of energy, including but not limited to [regenerative biomasses (wood, municipal waste, biomass and landfill gas, ethanol, biodiesel), hydropower and tidal power, hydrothermal power, aerothermal power and geothermal power, wind, and solar]. Adverse Climate Outcome (ACO) and Adverse Social Outcome (ASO) Adverse Climate Outcome (ACO) • means any outcome directly resulting from the non-performance of an affected obligation, or the enforcement of this clause [Force Majeure] in relation to that non-performance, which may have an adverse effect on the climate, and includes but is not limited to: (a) reduced Air Quality; (b) an increase in Greenhouse Gas Emissions; (c) dumping of stock that was created using Natural Capital; (d) wasted Embedded Carbon, or (e) [Insert other adverse effects].
