Having trained and worked at magic circle and silver circle firms, Emily is now a senior associate in the real estate team at Collyer Bristow LLP.
She advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant work and the property aspects of financings, corporate transactions and renewable energy projects.
Emily’s experience includes advising a major pension fund on commercial and industrial acquisitions, disposals and asset management matters, assisting a hotel operator on the acquisition and financing of a luxury central London hotel and advising banks and funders on the property aspects of wind farm and solar energy projects on financings, including a £284m solar portfolio refinancing.
Emily has written articles for various publications including Estates Gazette and is a contributor to the Landlord and Tenant Factbook, published by Sweet & Maxwell.
