Sarah Ward

Sarah is a senior associate in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner's Antitrust & Competition practice, where she advises clients on cartels, mergers, state aid, abuse of dominance, distribution and other commercial arrangements. She has particular experience in the financial services and retail sectors. She has acted on competition law cases before the European, UK and other national competition regulators; in litigation in the High Court and before the Competition Appeal Tribunal; and on a number of investigations by the Financial Conduct Authority and Ofgem, the UK's gas and electricity regulator.
