Hoi-Yee is a solicitor qualified in England in Wales who specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration. She trained and qualified at Manches and practised at Rubinstein Phillips and Chadbourne & Parke. Hoi-Yee subsequently worked as a litigation and arbitration professional support lawyer at Berwin Leighton Paisner setting up the arbitration PSL function there. During her time in practice, Hoi-Yee acted in high value and complex commercial litigation proceedings primarily before the High Court. She advised on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including cases concerning breaches of contract, civil fraud, intellectual property and shareholders’ disputes. She also acted in international commercial arbitration disputes proceeding under institutional and ad hoc rules in London, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
