Sarah is the Director of Insurance Litigation and Health & Safety Team at Anderson Strathern. She focuses on defender personal injury and all aspects of health and safety. An experienced litigator, she acts for insurers, adjusters, corporate and public sector clients.

Specialising in defending motor, employer and public liability claims in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, Sarah is frequently involved with complex, high-value cases. She also conducts a significant number of fatal accident inquiries each year, many of which involve complex medical and health and safety elements.
