Tori Adams

Tori accepts instructions in all areas of common law and appears regularly in the County, Magistrates and Crown courts. She has a wide range of experience in public and private family law matters, including in applications for Prohibited Steps Orders, Non-Molestation Orders and Child Arrangements Orders. Her experience includes cases involving vulnerable individuals and allegations of domestic abuse. Tori also has experience of acting in financial remedies cases. As well as family, Tori has gained significant experience in crime, immigration, properly and general civil work. She regularly acts in immigration proceedings before the First-Tier Tribunal, including in bail applications, asylum appeals and deportation appeals, and has represented clients in trials in the Magistrates, Youth and Crown Courts, including those accused of violent offences. Prior to coming to the Bar, Tori worked as a paralegal, gaining experience in various practice areas including personal injury, commercial litigation, crime and family. She also volunteered as a tribunal representative through IPSEA, supporting and representing parents of children with Special Educational Needs.
