Katherine Llewellyn

Katherine Llewellyn is a regulatory life sciences lawyer with significant experience in private practice, most recently at Jones Day in Brussels. During this time, Katherine focused on the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and cosmetic sectors. She has experience advising on a wide range of matters involving the full life-cycle of medicinal products and medical devices from clinical trials to post-market issues. Katherine also has experience advising on transactions in the life sciences sector as well as sector-specific data protection issues. In addition, she has experience providing advice in connection with legislative changes and reform of the EU regulatory framework.

Prior to training and qualifying as a solicitor, Katherine obtained a first class honours degree in genetics from the University of Leeds.

Katherine heads up the Lexis®PSL Commercial & Sectors group which comprises the Commercial, IP, TMT, Information Law and Life Sciences teams.
