Gillian Jamieson

Gillian is a senior associate on the commercial litigation team at Anderson Strathern, acting on behalf of a broad spectrum of clients, from private individuals to PLCs. She has a wealth of experience in litigation, both in the Court of Session and the sheriff court. Gillian also has extensive advocacy experience before tribunals and panels, in the criminal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums. She has also been closely involved in a number of cross-border and international litigations. Using her diverse and extensive expertise, Gillian analyses, prepares and presents complex, high-value court cases. This work encompasses contractual and delictual claims, liquidations, administrations, adjudications, statutory appeals, interdicts, actions for defamation, breach of copyright and covenants. Gillian is also a tutor on the Strathclyde University Law School post-graduate Civil Litigation course. Before joining Anderson Strathern, she spent seven years with MacRoberts as a senior associate.
