Adam Gillert

Adam trained with White & Case and qualified there in 2007. Since qualification he has gained extensive commercial and technology law experience at City firms and acted for public bodies, banks and other household names. His expertise includes sourcing, software licensing, cloud services, e-commerce and other commercial matters.

Prior to joining Lexis in July 2016, Adam was a senior associate in Bird & Bird’s Commercial Group in London (2011-2016). At Bird & Bird, Adam’s practice included advising on complex large-scale projects and between 2011 and 2013 he took a leading role on behalf of the UK government in connection with the conclusion of key supplier contracts for Britain’s multi-billion pound Smart Meter Implementation Programme. Adam also contributed to the work of a number of industry associations and was invited to join discussions with several members of Parliament regarding the future of a regulated sector.
