Adrian is a barrister with over 15 years' experience in property law, housing and landlord and tenant. He acts for landlords and tenants and his practice encompasses both commercial and residential work at all levels of court and tribunal. His most notable cases are R (on the aplication of Zehour Chelfat) v Tower Hamlets LBC, Donoghue v Poplar Housing & Regeneration Community Association Limited and the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (Interested Party) and Tower Hamlets LBC v Chavda and Others.
