(d)     Notice of a direction

Notice of the direction must be given to both employer and employee in a case of Condition A (SI 2003/2682 reg 72(5A)(a)).

Notice of the direction must be given to the employee alone in a case of Condition B (SI 2003/2682 reg 72(5A)(b)).
