In a case where the claimant has succeeded in more than one of his or her claims, the unreasonable failure of a party to follow the provisions of an applicable code may only relate to one, or some, of the successful claims. In that event, the tribunal only has the power to award an uplift, or impose a reduction, on that part of its total award which relates to the claim or claims which are the subject of a finding of unreasonable failure to follow a Code.
