F.     Interviews

The following should be borne in mind:

  1.  

    —     In terms of interviewing, the same issues as referred to above in relation to application forms and tests need to be borne in mind by an employer.

  2.  

    —     To the extent that the individual reveals information about himself or herself which might give rise to a risk of indirect discrimination (and an individual enquiring about accommodating religious holidays/practices in working patterns, the candidate asking about adjustment to hours of work to accommodate child minding commitments, etc) it is preferable to note what is said in this regard.
