(f) Part-timersPart-time working may be a feature and, therefore, a veneer to be placed on any of the categories of atypical worker already mentioned above or may be considered another kind of atypical relationship, albeit one which (whilst, historically, has raised a few problems, including in the area of sex discrimination) has now had many of these addressed by statutory provisions in the Part-Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000, SI 2000/1551 (see para [133] ff below).
