(6) Unfair dismissal and detrimental treatmentA part-time worker has the right not to be subjected to any detriment by any act or deliberate failure to act on the part of their employer on grounds that (SI 2000/1551 reg 7): (i) he has brought proceedings under the Part-Time Regulations; (ii) he has requested a written statement; (iii) he has given evidence or information in connection with any proceedings under the Part-Time Regulations; (iv) he has done anything under the Part-Time Regulations relating to his employer or any other person; (v) he has alleged that his employer has infringed
