Where the asset to be disposed of is a dwelling house, an exemption may be claimed by trustees if the dwelling house is owned by them and has been the main private residence of a person entitled to occupy it under the terms of the trust, or who is allowed by the trustees to occupy it and would be entitled to the income from the house or from the proceeds of sale
