'Disabled person's interest' means:
(1) an interest in possession to which a person is under the provisions relating to trusts for disabled persons1 treated as beneficially entitled2;
(2) an interest in possession to which a person is under the provisions relating to self-settlement by persons with conditions expected to lead to disability3 treated as beneficially entitled4;
(3) an interest in possession in settled property (other than an interest within head (1) or (2) above) to which a disabled person becomes beneficially entitled on or after 22 March 2006 if the trusts on which the settled property is held secure
