In calculating the income of a credit union1 for any accounting period2, no credit is to be brought into account for the purposes of the statutory provisions relating to loan relationships3 in respect of a loan relationship of the union if a member of the union stands in the position of debtor in relation to the debt in question4. This does not apply, however, if the credit union is obliged to make a return5 for the accounting period and has not done so within three months after the end of the period or such longer period as an officer
