123. Powers in relation to safety at football grounds.

The Sports Grounds Safety Authority1 has the function of keeping under review the discharge by local authorities2 of their functions under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 19753 in relation to sports grounds4 at which designated football matches5 are played, and has the powers conferred in relation to those functions6.
